With time-stamped, geo-coded photos, our Vuers can help you gain insight into what is happening at your locations. Our Vues provide instant proof-of-service, verification of SLA compliance, project tracking, brand compliance, etc.
With each Vue our Clients can request a custom survey to be completed by our Vuers while on-site. This can be specific questions Clients would like our Vuer to ask a Team Member at the site or basic questions regarding the conditions at the site. Every survey can be unique to that location.
Clients have one location to store and view all site photos and survey data, they can quickly organize Vues by Asset, Contractor, Contract, etc. for every property they manage. The iVueit Client portal simplifies the process of how site photos and data are stored viewed and shared.
Clients can easily save all photos or they can click create PDF to have all photos formatted in one PDF with their company logo to quickly send to their Clients or Contractors. They also have the ability to export all survey data to an excel spreadsheet for quick analysis.
Working closely with one of our Account Managers, Clients can have their specific Vues ready for our network of Vuers the same day whether it’s 1 site or 5,000 sites, interior or exterior, day or night.
Our Vuers get notified when they are near a Vue, they review the instructions and claim the Vue in the iVueit App. They must be able to complete the scope of work before the Vue expires.
Vuers go to the site address in the app, take the specific photos requested, complete the survey, and submit the Vue for an iVueit Team Member to review. If we notice something is not right at the site, our team escalates the Vue to the Client immediately.
Once approved, our Clients are notified that their Vue is ready for viewing in their Client Portal and Vuers get a notification confirming their iVueit Wallet has been credited.
