When we create surveys, our Operations Team works meticulously. For most Vue types, we’ve developed standard, pre-curated surveys designed for speed and consistency, allowing our clients to simply click and go when requesting Vues through the iVueit Client Portal.

But for truly unique projects, we custom-tailor each survey to deliver specific, valuable insights for our clients—all while keeping your Vuer experience straightforward and rewarding.

It all starts by diving deep with our clients. We ask about their past survey experiences – what worked, what didn’t. This intel helps us craft multiple drafts, refining each version until it perfectly aligns with their needs. It’s a thoughtful, creative process with several test runs to ensure every survey delivers exactly the data clients need to put Vues on the map.

Take our recent project with Go To Foods. Our National Account Coordinator, Caroline Geraghty, shared a unique aspect of their Cinnabon survey: an extra step at the end that stood out from the rest.
“This particular survey was by far the most interesting project that I have worked on with a client. It was fun to workshop the specific flavor profiles that they were looking for with their product.”

You might have guessed it…our Vuers got the sweet assignment of purchasing and taste-testing a classic Cinnabon cinnamon roll!
This client wanted to know if the cinnamon rolls in gas stations matched the standard of actual Cinnabon stores. (And yes, Vuers were fully reimbursed after submitting their receipt!) Caroline mentioned this survey was unique because it involved carefully curating flavor-focused descriptors, a first for iVueit!
