Our client needed verification of the exterior conditions on a mixture of residences, commercial properties, and vacant lots. The request was focused on identifying current conditions in relation to landscape maintenance, illegal dumping, sign postings, and overall quality of the properties. Gathering this data quickly would help our client make informed decisions that directly impact the approval of their state grant which funds HUD’s affordable living programs.
