Nationwide audit targeted at extensively documenting and assessing American Freight’s portfolio, encompassing evaluations of interior/exterior current conditions and precise measurements of store departments. The aim was to ascertain available sales floor and stockroom square footage, along with a necessity for detailed inventory, including specific assets, pictures, and display units.

iVueit’s tailored surveying approach ensured comprehensive interior/exterior coverage, enabling precise measurements and evaluations of each unique location’s conditions. Vuers were requested to meet with on-site managers and capture extensive property images of the sales floors, offices, stockrooms, and more. The iVueit platform streamlined the entire process, dispatching Vues to the iVueit app and alerting nearby Vuers of available jobs. Once Vues were submitted, quality control experts rigorously reviewed the data, ensuring accuracy and promptly identifying any potential risks that required immediate attention. iVueit’s quality control team systematically rated all stores on a scoring system to monitor ongoing improvements over time.

Results

In 72 hours, 46% of sites were surveyed and the data promptly delivered to the client’s portal. This enabled efficient prioritization of work orders and eliminated duplicate visits. At project completion, the client obtained visual insights, measurements, and data on both interior and exterior assets across their extensive portfolio.
