Gather and compile information to assess the present condition of floor hygiene and automated scrubber maintenance throughout Walmart’s nationwide establishments in the US. This involves documenting details such as the make, model, and quantity of floor scrubbers at each store. Swift comprehension of this data is imperative, particularly for 2,200 specified locations.
Challenges
- Widespread Portfolio: Covering such a vast spread across the country requires a lot of boots on the ground.
- Timely Results: In order to maintain relevant & accurate data, the project needed to be completed within a tight timeline.
- Risk of Bias Data: Without a checks and balance system, the data collected from internal store members poses a risk at being bias or inaccurate.

Execution
iVueit’s survey prioritized 2,200 urgent Vues upon release to the Vuer Network. The remaining 2,500 Vues are to release in 2024.

- Vues dispatched in batches of 250-700 bi-weekly, facilitating client digestion and prioritization based on urgency and importance.
Results
In the first 72 hours, 66% of urgent locations were inspected by the Vuer Network, eliminating unnecessary resource and travel expenses. In 2024, the iVueit app will release 2,500 additional Vues for a complete up-to-date status across the big box retailer’s US portfolio. Because of iVueit’s pay-per-Vue style, Walmart’s Facilities team was able to collect a monumental amount of data at unmatched cost savings. In 4 weeks, 2,200 on-site inspections were completed, expertly reviewed, and organized in a central portal for stakeholders.
