Chase Bank provides its customers with multiple ways to bank and one central location to manage accounts. But, until recently, their vendor did not have the same convenient process for managing the maintenance of its branches. The facilities team had limited visibility of branch locations and outdated condition data, especially pertaining to its illuminated building signage. Chase Bank’s vendor needed to invest in technology that would easily and instantly connect its facility team to branch locations using one platform. iVueit was chosen to help shed light on its properties in real-time, night or day.

Results
Chase Bank’s vendor requested specific Vues and Vuer protocol as well as survey data for each site. For nightly audits, Vuers arrived anytime between 30 minutes after dusk and before midnight to check for outages (letter channels, multi-tenant signs, pylon signs, drive-thru lanes, ATM, canopy lights, and interior ATM)
and photograph corporate, wayfinding, and compliance signage. Other Vues captured property damage, liabilities, and compliance issues. Survey data documented signage positioning, condition, accuracy (up-to-date with brand), and illumination details. iVueit provided Chase Bank’s vendor with multiple views and detailed feedback of its branch locations in one central hub.
